Delete your data
DiagAuto AI does not ask you to create an account: your data is saved on your phone, and you can delete it yourself at any time.
Delete part of your data
- A vehicle: Vehicle screen, trash icon on the vehicle concerned.
- A saved diagnosis: History screen, trash icon on the diagnosis concerned.
- A saved adapter: adapter selection screen, icon to forget it or remove it from the list.
- Your professional contact details: Settings screen, by emptying the fields concerned.
Delete everything
Uninstall the app, or clear its data in your phone's settings (Settings › Apps › DiagAuto AI › Storage › Clear data). Everything the app had saved is then permanently deleted.
If Android backup is enabled on your phone, a copy may also exist in your Google account: you can delete it from the backup settings of your Google account.
The data we hold
- Requests to the AI: our server does not keep their content, so there is nothing to delete on our side.
- Feedback sent by email: if you sent us feedback or an email, write to contact@diagautoai.eu from the same address to request its deletion. We do it within one month at most. Without a request from you, they are deleted two years after receipt at the latest.
